My Goal is to lose 100 lbs. by changing my nutrition focus based on Dr. McDougall's Starch Diet. Fruits, Veggies, Grains, Nuts, and Legumes....Increasing Exercise, limiting Alcohol, and eliminating Animal Fats Proteins... No Dairy, No Meat, No Eggs, No Fish, nothing processed...and No Olive Oil!

Getting back on track........
In my last post....TWO YEARS AGO
I was so proud and excited....I finished a 10 Day Water Only Fast and lost a few more pounds for a total weight loss of 66 pounds since my all time high weight of 344lbs.
I fell off the wagon.....I started cruising and traveling in Europe and Asia gaining almost 30lbs back.
So much hard work...and money...and discipline....and health al thrown out the window.....Hitting 300lbs.
Eating and drinking myself into bad health.
My Blood Glucose skyrocketed.....my Arthritis and Inflammation...and Skin Psoriasis all returned with a vengeance.
This year, I started off even worse..... (4) week long cruises, (1) Two week TransAtlantic Cruise. followed by almost a month in Spain and a month in Bangkok.
Clothes are getting tighter....and I have all the excuses why I can't start eating healthy again....
Going to lunch and dinner every day in Bangkok with friends is fun...and part of the adventure.....
It seemed like a total BUZZ KILL to not drink with dinner.
Sake with Japanese Food...Wine with Italian Food....and Martinis or Jack Daniels with everything else.
After a long trip....returning back to Florida, the first thing on my agenda wasn't my health, was to meet with Friends and Family...eating and drinking even more....the cycle of BAD HEALTH CONTINUED.
