Today is the final day of my 10 day WATER ONLY FAST.
My weight loss stalled....I drifted off track....wasn't feeling good....friends were getting sick eating the SAD Diet...Standard American Diet.
On June 15th, I checked into True North....a place for healing and health reboot.
Angels....they are all Angels at True North.

Facts matter - Long Term effects of Low Carb Meat Diets
I'm sure there are a lot of stories about different diets. My favorite is the 100 year old lady that smokes, drinks whiskey, and eats bacon everyday...... and I agree about the difficulty of staying on any strict diet, including Plant Based is difficult. Can we achieve healthy results by cutting out 90% of our meat protein, or 90% of our sugar, or 90% of alcohol? Maybe?
Dr. John McDougall and many other Plant Based diet doctors ask patients to work towards the best diet, even McDougall jokes that he cheats once a year on Thanksgiving.
