I need to make drastic lifestyle changes....but it is too difficult! I am a social person....All my activities in business and personal life are always around Food & Drink.
I drink Jack Daniels, smoke 3-4 big nasty cigars (daily), and weigh over 320 libs.
I love traveling and exploring fun restaurants...especially Thailand and all of Asia!!!
Sporting Events without a dog and a few beers? Forget about it!
Dinners with friends without a few bottles of wine....and desserts?
Enjoying a nice cigar watching Boardwalk Empire or Shameless? No effen-way!
Is it better to die doing the things I enjoy...than living a life doing things I don't enjoy?
What if I did change....and got sick anyway...or got hit by a bus?
Screw it....I'm destined to be FAT & Sick!!!!!!
It's funny how a Significant Emotional Event can make you change! I'm not a kid anymore....
My middle age friends are all getting sick and dying from diet related chronic illness.....all completely preventable by changing their diets....and I am the fattest one of all.
I feel like a ticking time bomb...waiting for my next "event"
If I was a professional wrestler.....I have been getting beat up by my opponent and I desperately need to make the tag!!!

Pacemaker?
Strokes?
Heart Attacks?
Heart By-Pass Surgery?
Gout?
Inflammation and Arthritis?
Hip Replacements?
So I have made a "life changing decision"...... It's time for a change in lifestyle!
I want to live and be healthy as long as possible...without illness....so I can travel and enjoy myself!
Now all I have to do is quit everything I love!
