Help me I've fallen and can't get up.
After working hard, going to a water only fasting clinic, adopting a plant based lifestyle and losing 70 pounds over the past (3) years..... my ship sprang a leak.
After throwing away all my fat clothes.
After feeling great for the first time in many years.
I went back to Bangkok....and all my eating and drinking triggers were tripped.
I thought I could control it. It happens real sneaky, just a pound or two at a time.
Before you realize it, it's 10 pounds...and 20 pounds....and 30 pounds.
The addiction is so strong, like a heroin addict! Sugar and Salt....and CRAP is calling me.....
What took over (3) years to lose....came back in (3) months.
I never felt like I was eating that much? I wasn't hanging out in the buffet line in Las Vegas.
Just regular dinners, drinks, coffee, cigars, and slowing down my metabolism.
YIKES....30 + pounds.
My Gluclose Sugar is high...My blood pressure is high....I've got my old buddy acid reflux back....and the burning/tingling in my feet from DIABETES is starting to worry me....Really don't want my feet amputated!
