My personal journey back to Good Health! After seeing too many friends get sick with Diabetes, Heart Disease, Gout, Arthritis, Cancer, and DEATH!....I have decided to get healthy again! My Goal is to lose 100 lbs. by changing my nutrition focus based on Dr. McDougall's Starch Diet. Fruits, Veggies, Grains, Nuts, and Legumes....Increasing Exercise, limiting Alcohol, and eliminating Animal Fats Proteins... No Dairy, No Meat, No Eggs, No Fish, nothing processed...and No Olive Oil!

Fat, Sick, and nearly Dead 2.... UPDATE Premier Sept 18, 2014
One day I got a call from a fellow Vistage member, Nigel. He was also a little overweight and wanted to lose a few pounds. I had shared my discovery of the movie, Forks over Knives, and was interested in working towards optimal health. He asked me if I had seen a different documentary and suggested that I watch it immediatley.
Fat, Sick, and nearly Dead introduced me to the concept of Fresh Veggie and Fruit Juices.
A few years later...I've lost a little weight....but still not at my perfect "ideal weight"
