When I travel, I have to fly First Class...because I am so fat....I can't fit into Economy Class Seats for the 14 hour flight!
Bangkok.....The Land of Smiles.....is also the land of awesome food!
The best Sushi...The best Korean .....The best Vietnamese cuisines.
Not to mention incredible Thai Food!
Spending two months in Bangkok....and than boarding a cruise around New Zealand and Australia.....is time for some serious eating, drinking and smoking big, fat, nasty cigars!
On top of all that eating and drinking, my friends, Tom & Thomas had a series of parties for their 50th Birthday Celebrations.....all centered around drinking awesome wine and eating incredible food.
I did exercise a little bit.....between the (4) colds I caught in (4) months.....than it hit me!
OMG....My immune system is compromised !!! I must get healthy...but it will have to wait!
The eating, drinking, smoking, lack of sleep......is affecting my health.
I am obese....I drink....I smoke....I have sleep apnea...and elevated sugar levels...have a weakened immune system..... I am the perfect candidate for a Heart Attack!
Many of my friends are sick, on medication, had heart surgery, strokes, or dead!
I'm living in a PC world...that puts a "sin tax" on Cigars and Alcohol.....and has banned trans fats....and wants to ban large sodas in NYC.... A bunch of God Damned Pussy Liberals have taken over! Give me my guns and my steak....my Jack Daniels and my La Gloria Series R #7.....and leave me alone!!! Let me be fat, cranky and die......
I'll start the next diet when I get back home to Miami!!!
But before I leave Bangkok....My worse nightmare happened...... My condo banned smoking in and around the building in Bangkok....and the cruise ship refused to open the cigar lounge for me!
The world seems to be getting too small for a big fat traveling man that enjoys cigars!
